Upon receipt of any goods, the customer must promptly (but in any event within 72 hours) check and notify Butterflies and Snapdragons of any faults, defects or shortages.   Should no written notification be received within 72 hours of delivery, Butterflies and Snapdragons shall be deemed conclusively to have properly performed and fulfilled its obligations in relation to the sale and purchase of goods. 

If an error/fault is found, Butterflies and Snapdragons must receive the original faulty goods before any amendments can be made.
